Mount Athos - Selected Images from Works Shown at Exhibitions

Mount Athos is a collection of drawings, paintings, and animations documenting Orthodox monastic life on this remote peninsula of North Eastern Greece. Tim Vyner uses reportage illustration methods to explore the potential of drawing as a means of engagement, producing these illustrations during his 2013 - 2015 Mount Athos residency, as part of the inaugural Doug Patterson RCA Bursary, culminating in two exhibitions in 2014/2015 and 2018.

This item contains images documenting selected artworks. A collection of 85 works produced by Vyner were shown in both exhibitions. The works here comprise a representative selection of the works shown in the exhibitions.
