Score 10: For two lovers and a double bass
For Two Lovers and a Double Bass (2015) is a text score to be
performed by two lovers with a double bass. Though loosely notated with regards to form, there is an in the score expectation of improvisation from the players. All three vigilance skills are explored.
This score is the work of Oogoo Maia and was created as part of his doctoral thesis at Bath Spa University, Developing a vigilant musical practice (2021).
