<p dir="ltr">Bath Spa University Research Festival, held at Bath Spa University on Thursday, 10th July 2025. The Festival showcased research posters from across the University.</p><p dir="ltr">This item contains three research posters from the School of Education:</p><p dir="ltr"><b>We Are The People (Theo Blackmore, Katy Brickley, Sam Earle, Arthur Holt, Stuart Read, Ben Simmons, Hazel Vernon): </b>We develop research with groups that are often overlooked, and on topics that are considered taboo. Our partners include people with dementia, families of people with profound and multiple learning disabilities, and intersectional groups (e.g., queer disabled people, or disabled people who are of global ethnic majority origin). Our topics include activism and protest, art, sex, personhood, and a range of other tricky topics.</p><p dir="ltr"><b>Teacher Assessment in Primary Science (TAPS) (Sarah Earle): </b>Working collaboratively with 93 project schools across the UK since 2013, we have co-developed a range of resources to support the teaching and assessment of primary school science. Teachers in each of the four nations of the UK have co-created and trialled activities with the children in their class. The guidance, lesson plans and pupil work examples are freely available on the Primary Science Teaching Trust website<b>.</b></p><p dir="ltr"><b>Resilience and well-being among STEM teachers facing the uncertainty of educational policy changes (Chloe Shu-Hua Yeh, Chin-Fei Huang, Dale Albanese, Kirk Chang): </b>The project looked at STEM teachers in Taiwan and asked how teachers might proactively sustain their resilience and wellbeing when addressing the challenges posed by educational policy uncertainty. </p>
