Mount Athos is a collection of drawings, paintings, and animations documenting Orthodox monastic life on this remote peninsula of North Eastern Greece. Tim Vyner uses reportage illustration methods to explore the potential of drawing as a means of engagement, producing these illustrations during his 2013 - 2015 Mount Athos residency, as part of the inaugural Doug Patterson RCA Bursary, culminating in two exhibitions in 2014/2015 and 2018.

This item contains the Research Timeline, Research Questions, and Critical Reflections on the Research for the project.
